Cecilia communicated very well before the tour, keeping me informed of her arrival on time. I have to say that I booked last minute (late afternoon the day before the tour). She was able to book wine tours quickly. The drive was nice and smooth. This private tour is for a maximum of 3 people (due to the size of the car). We visited 3 different wineries from 3 different appellations. We tried 11 or 12 different wines (I lost count at this point). The picnic was in one of the wine cellars of the chateau (with wine from the same vineyard we were at). We even drove through Saint-Émilion and stopped for some "real" local macarons and cannelés. She knows the area well, not just for wine but for any type of activity. I was a solo traveler, so we interacted more than if other guests were there. Well versed in the subject of wine, she also learned new things, always eager to improve her knowledge. I am very happy and satisfied with her visit. I would give her 6 stars if possible.

The 2CV

Bordeaux visit in old 2CV vehicle.JPG

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to embark on a unique adventure aboard the iconic 2CV , a true icon of the French automobile . Joséphine, for short, the Deudeuche that was passed down to me by my grandfather and was fully restored at the end of 2019. Its simple but ingenious design is distinguished by its convertible canvas roof , its ultra-comfortable suspensions and its modest 29 horsepower engine.
