Intimate tasting with 6 people maximum (or private on request): 4 white wines and charcuterie and cheese pairing During this tasting course, you will discover the history of the Bordeaux vineyard and its riches, you will be introduced to the art of wine tasting. You will know everything about the specificities of the largest vineyard in France: its appellations, its soils, its grape varieties, its blends, its classifications, left bank, right bank, ... Your guide for whom the Bordeaux vineyard has no more secrets, walks the Châteaux in a Citroën 2CV in search of the most beautiful bottles. Professional tasters and wine cellar masters trained at the University of Wine, Cécilia and Mathilde are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Bordeaux wine During this fun experience, you will let yourself be guided by your senses to perceive the finesse of the aromas, trained with "Le Nez du Vin". The 4 wines that will be offered to you have been carefully selected for their typical expressions of the terroir from which they come, thanks to meetings with passionate winegrowers. You will taste fine fruity, young, barrel-aged, more evolved, ... We will also share with you the secrets of successful food and wine pairings.
